Professional, reliable and fair prices. AFR did a full house refurbishment and conversion to 6-bedroom HMO in March - May 2024. Their work was very good, they completed on time and attended to inevitable snagging promptly and without any issue. Their price was very fair for the high quality of workmanship. They are very easy to work with and maintained a good level of regular communication throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending AFR to any residential client. The only challenge will be getting a space in their diary!

Alex has been a dream to work with. His work is of a very high standard, he is a great problem solver and has a keen attention to detail.
