I chose access4lofts over another company even though they was more expensive due to the demo I received and the guarantee. I had issues with my ladder which was installed I waited a good week or two before the screw was replaced. I still have issues with my ladder now where the hinge at the top keeps bending. So it doesn’t come down smooth, they did reply but it just seems hard work to get things sorted, lucky for me my father in law has sorted it. Quick fix which was ment to be fixed the first time but wasn’t. £800 it cost me for half a days work. Maybe I made the wrong decision maybe I didn’t. But I do think I should have gone for the cheaper option. I think 3 stars is a fair rating.

We chose Harry from Access 4 Lofts because of both previous reviews and his price and were not disappointed. Darren carried out the ladder and loft boarding work very professionally, explaining what he was doing and taking advice from us when needed. The completed work was of a very high standard and we had no issue with them being in the house at any time. We would very positively recommend to others.

The fitter, Darren arrived on time and was polite and friendly. The ladder was fitted swiftly and he answered all my questions as well as demonstrating how it all worked. I was impressed that he talked me through using it myself.

We were kept informed of fitting dates and timings, given a reasonable price after a thorough assessment of what we wished to have done. The fitter was polite and hard working, neat and tidy and we are very pleased with the results, thank you.

This company supplied and fitted a new lightweight loft ladder for us. We were shown how to use it safely and are very pleased.
