I was pleased with the service throughout. The fitter, John, arrived exactly when we had agreed, and even though I was having work done in the kitchen at the same time, John worked away upstairs in the loft. Then he vacuumed the floor, and left the hallway clear. John was friendly, efficient, and respectful at all times. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a loft ladder installed
Michael came out promptly to give a quotation and offered me some expert advice which ended up saving me a fair bit of money and putting my mind at ease. On the day of the work the guys arrived bang on time and worked quickly and quietly through the day to get everything installed. I work from home and was undisturbed. Once they were finished I got a full demonstration, got to go up into the loft myself and have a look and ask any questions before the guys left, they took their time with everything and even hoovered round my whole landing and stairs despite having laid high quality dust sheets immediately. A really reasonable price and such great and reliable service, I’d recommend to anyone!
Outstanding service from start to finish . Michael coming and providing the quote then when I asked for additional work providing another quote was superb. John who did tye work on the today was also outstanding, arriving on time , incredibly polite and tidy and explained fully how to operate the ladder and the flooring laid down in the loft. Cannot recommend them enough , absolutely brilliant
It was very straightforward to arrange a formal quote and, after accepting it, the loft ladder installation followed quickly. The fitter (Winston) did a first-class job, demonstrated how to safely operate and secure the ladder and tided up thoroughly after completing the installation. Overall, a very smooth process from start to finish.

Very professional service from start to finish. The team boarded the loft, installed shelving, and a ladder, completing the work within 1 day. Everything was explained clearly, with a full demonstration once the job was finished. High standard of workmanship, friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
