We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Kev, Dan, and Ryan. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. What was once a dark, unused space is now a bright, spacious, and beautiful master bedroom that we absolutely love. Their workmanship was top-quality, with real attention to detail, and everything was completed to a very high standard. What really stood out, though, was how helpful and approachable they were throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident at every stage. On top of that, they were always polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have around the house something that makes a big difference during a project like this. Update: After posting this review Dan contacted me, apologised and has since paid back over half of what is owed. I had a loft conversion done less than 5 years ago and I've already had to pay for a complete new roof on the dormer due to poor workmanship. I was provided with a 10 year warranty, but when I reached out for compensation, my message was ignored and my number blocked. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for responsibility and customer care. If you value quality work and aftercare, I strongly advise avoiding this company. A warranty means nothing to this company.

I'm sorry to say I can't agree with the other reviews on here, due to what I feel was an unprofessional service. The initial discussions were fine, and Dan came out to discuss the work I needed, My loft is partially converted but needs a lot of of additional work, so although not a full conversion was not a small job. Dan was polite when he came out and promised me a quote within the week after speaking to his building surveyor about the legal requirements/regulations for the room. As I didn't receive anything I chased after 10 days, but received no response at all to my chasing message. I then chased again to receive a quite blunt message to say we have been offered bigger jobs so are not going to quote. This was over a month after Dan's visit. Whilst I appreciate they may prefer bigger jobs, my job was not small, and would have been a few thousand in price. However, my complaint is that it is only polite and professional to let a customer know promptly if you don't intend to quote/carry out the work. I took time off work to be in for the initial visit, and have now wasted that time, the two weeks till Dan could visit, and a month waiting for a quote, to have made no progress whatsoever and am back at square one. If you don't want the work, don't say you will quote, or at least let the customer know so they aren't hanging on wasting time. Very disappointed and frustrated. Further to your reply, some of it is actually incorrect and quite misleading. 1. You did not attend out of hours at all - you visited on a Wednesday early afternoon and as for "free of charge", an inital free assessment/visit is offered on your website and is pretty standard so you did nothing more than for any other potential customer. 2. Yes, I asked about three things, including one window and some kitchen work, which incidentally I had mentioned in our initial phone call and you said you would look at. At the visit you declined the kitchen work, which I was fine with, but you agreed to quote for the loft conversion work and the window. And the loft conversion work was the most significant part of what I was looking for. 3.Yes, I chased by Whatsapp, but why does the medium used matter? The point is I shouldn't have had to chase, and when I did, should have received a response. Dan told me he would get a quote to me within a week, I chased after this, and received no response, and it was only when I chased again, almost a month after the initial visit, that I received a Whatsapp reply. 4. If you were delayed getting a reply from building control a simple message telling me this would have helped, especially after I chased. 5. I still feel the message after my second chase was blunt - and am happy to share. There was no "explanation" simply a statement that you had been offered bigger jobs so were not going to quote for mine. As I said earlier, that is your right, but the delay in letting me know this was very frustrating. I fully appreciate how reviews are important for small businesses, but the aim of them is to give potential customers information about previous customer experiences. I feel strongly that my review is factual and honest. If you check my other reviews I equally give glowing ones where I have received great service and did not post this one lightly. I also stated that I was happy with the initial visit/consultation, and it was just the follow up I was frustrated with, so have tried to give a fair assessment of my experience. Finally you state you encourage open and direct communication, but that is the issue, you didn't communicate effectively with me, and is why my review reflects my frustration.

The loft boarding in our bungalow carried out by Dan and the guys was very professional and of high quality. I would highly recommend them for future work.

We had our loft boarded recently and they have done a fantastic job. It has turned a dead space into a useable area. The whole team was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Dan and his team are brilliant they boarded out our loft and installed a ladder all in a day. They arrived on time and carried out the work to a really high standard. When they left everything was clean and tidy. Thank you for all your help.
