We recently had raised attic flooring installed by Attic Access NI and are delighted with the results. From the initial visit and quote through to completion, Matt and team were extremely professionally and helpful. The team were punctual, friendly, and took pride in their work. The new flooring has transformed our attic into a much needed practical storage space, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Great service at a super competitive price. We had our attic floored, a light fitted, new hatch with ladders and insulation done. As well as that all tanks were cleared and old debris removed. Communication was great from the start right through to the very end. Superb company and everything was left super clean at the end. I highly recommend!

From the moment they arrived, Matt, Nathan, and the two Oisins were an absolute pleasure. So polite, so respectful, and genuinely lovely lads. Matt walked me through everything before they started, and later he called me up to show me a broken board on my landing that would’ve made the ladder unsafe. He fixed it for free. Then he spotted a weak patch in my bedroom ceiling from an old leak — and fixed THAT for free too! Honestly, who does that these days?! When I finally saw the finished attic, I couldn’t believe the space I had up there. They did a fantastic job, worked away without any fuss, and left my home spotless. Proper professional service from start to finish. If you’re thinking about getting your loft done — go with Matt and his team. I recently rang thru to Attic Access NI seeking to install a loft ladder. Matt responded very quickly and came out to survey the options and proposed wooden ladders and a widened loft door at a very competitive price. Having agreed the price, Matt and his colleague promptly scheduled the installation. When they came out, they were extremely efficient and very focused and installed the ladder within 3 hours. Absolutely perfect job, just what was proposed. In addition they meticulously cleaned up afterwards. They also installed an additional safety grip in the loft in order to add further assurance when getting into the loft. Matt and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have done a superb job. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending them.
Simon was out with us and carried out a thorough attic inspection. He was realistic about what could be achieved and gave a really detailed breakdown of the cost of what we wanted done. He and his team arrived to carry out the work as arranged and with no messing about. Simon also made sure we knew how the ladders worked and showed us everything they had done. Our attic is a much more useable space now, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company wanting similar work done. Absolutely first class job and no mess left behind.
