Britannia Building Co handled our extension and renovation project with great professionalism. The team was skilled, respectful of our home, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The finished work looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier.

Paul’s team replaced damp proof course, replasteted whole house, knocked through living dining room on my sons house. The workers were friendly, reliable and skilled. Paul ensured workers were consistently on site and increased workforce at key times to get jobs completed in a timely way. He was flexible and responsive when we asked if additional work to the original brief could be done. Eg extra work to board out and fit bathroom. Paul monitored the work and responded immediately when there were snags needing sorting. I would highly recommend this company

Paul’s team built a library in our house. The work that was completed was excellent. Unfortunately, the team left and didn’t complete the work. A hole was left in a ceiling and central heating pipes were left exposed. The original quotation included getting council approval. Paul never did this. In the end I had to make the arrangements. But worst of all was that he had agreed to provide a further quotation for work on the stairs and hallway. This quotation was never forthcoming despite messages and emails - all of which went unanswered. I made arrangements for double glazed windows to be supplied and fitted by Paul’s team. I put him in contact with the suppliers - he never contacted them. The point was that we weren’t bothered that the hall and stairs got knocked around in the earlier work - the last phase would make everything straight. We now have hall and stairway with paint missing, wallpaper ripped etc. I’ve had to arrange myself for the double glazing to be fitted. In short, the work was not completed, there was damage to the house which was never fixed and he has cost me a small fortune. Not to be recommended - he just leaves you in the lurch.

Paul and his team have just completed construction work for us which included knocking down the wall between dining room and kitchen, installing exterior bi-fold doors, bricking up old doorway and installing new window, installing internal french doors and supplying (Howdens) and fitting quality kitchen. I am really happy with the work and love the end results. Paul and his team were excellent, never let us down and we’re very respectful. A special shout out to Bob, Neil, Ryan, big and little Dylan and Bradley. Thanks lads👍 I would not hesitate to recommend Britannia Building company. Paul even came around right away to fix a couple of snags and that was after he had been paid for the job😁. Will add more photos after the kitchen has been decorated👍 Thanks again Paul and team.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Paul and the crew were able to fit us in quickly to repair damage left by the recent wind storms; when we asked for further work in the middle of the project, they adapted and suggested new solutions. Our garden has been transformed, and we couldn't be more thrilled with all the work that they have undertaken. Great communication throughout. Thank you all so much!
