Joe was amazing at sorting out all of the works to complete our house after a fire. He was always available, friendly and professional making sure we were kept up to date and happy along the way. He also managed to complete the works ahead of schedule which was amazing news for us! The team were great and have done an amazing job. Very happy!

Our house flooded from the bathroom back in January. Our claim was taken care of by John Paul at CDM. Firstly I’d like to thank him and his team for exceptional standards of work within the time frame he set. Super happy with the end results! Any small hurdle along the way was dealt with promptly and professionally. I’d highly recommend the guys at CDM to anyone. We had the peace of mind in leaving the keys with the builders to let themselves in and out to work on the house while we could still navigate busy jobs. And to top it off we have some peace of mind for 2 years that any issues will be solved under their excellent warranty service.

CDM did a wonderful job on the replacement of our kitchen floor that had been damaged by a water leak. They planned the job perfectly, agreeing to fit around our plans. The execution was brilliant, done by highly competent and friendly guys. We are extremely happy with the result.

CDM have carried out work for us on behalf of insurers. We needed to have the majority of the ground floor refitted from floor to ceiling including a complete replacement kitchen. CDM have been brilliant throughout the project from initial consultation, design, guidance on material choices, installation and decoration- their attention to detail and superb project management has delivered a great result and all bang on time. CDM have been fantastic from start to finish. They removed an old tree damaged summer house and replaced with a new one. The project was all planned out with detailed timelines allowing for the removal, build a new base for the new cabin, Then the chippy worked his magic on building a new flooring and bar counter and then electrics went in and then the final week the exterior was treated and painted to a very high standard and will last for years. Everyone involved in with this project had been courteous and professional. well done guys highly recommended and thank you so much for giving me space back. Cant thank you enough
