They need to remove Simon the site manager, from shirley,shouts at u,to belittle you than talking private to give reason,(staircase 3 not big enought for apex ladders to reach areas u cant) brings rams in but forgot to mention as a last resort ladders are used without a second man if deadman weight are used at the time limit of 20mins, falsely accuse u wearing trainers until u bang the stair rail to prove without saying a word, doesn't inspect other trades but put it on a decorator to use a jigsaw to rectify carpentry faults, a thumb rule of decorator of repair but wants u to repair with scrim tape nd rectify plasterer work. Constantly gets labourer to sweep stair cases while painting allowing debris to go every where, knowing working on staircase allows more traffic to cause more damage knowing a lift could of been used Many thanks from the decorator with the red cap martin wilkes Ps don't accuse not been sanded after first coat u send labourer to sweep allowing debris in the air nd Constantly used as a traffic jam bins up nd down stairs manual handling at its best while a lift was active putting strain on a labourer back should not be allowed nd other trades to drag tools up nd down staircase ur killing the not so English onside nd abusing them 😉 can't stand the site
