We had a fantastic experience with EBS London Builders completely renovating our 5 bedroom house. Eddie and his team were absolutely exceptional. Eddie's expertise was evident from the start, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure the project's success and our satisfaction. What truly impressed us were his intelligent ideas, which helped us to achieve a much better outcome than we had initially envisioned. EBS (Eddie) done an amazing job for me back in 2008 in his earlier years of starting his company. A full 4 bed Refurb and a full rear double storey extension 11m X 4m. EBS were a great team, worked with me to enhance the development, resolve any issues, Agreed SoW and price and stuck to it. Additional work was clearly agreed prior to starting. Great team of builders who are efficient , diligent and considerate. Would defiantly use him again in the future.

Eddie and his team did a complete refurbishment including a rear extension for my husband and I back in 2018. From the consultation to the completion of our project, we found him to be fair and honest, and would often suggest more cost efficient options for the works as opposed to other tradesman who might only suggest the options which line their pockets the most. He ran a tight ship with his team and never comprised on quality, which is why he has been our first point of call for another large project we are considering doing this year.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Eddie and his team. Eddie is very knowledgeable, great at problem solving and very good at explaining solutions. His team are efficient, competent and respectful. The finishing was to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the end results. They also came back promptly for any snagging. We can’t recommend Eddie and his team highly enough!

Eddie and his building team were simply fantastic. His knowledge and experience with dedicated professionals working on different parts of the project. Our complete house was rebuilt with 3 major extensions - Eddie delivered on time, within budget and to exacting standards, even with delays due to supplier issues.
