Hawksley Rise - Story Homes, Sunderland

Just called in as looking to downsize. Woman I spoke to was not very helpful at all. I wasn’t invited to sit down, just felt she could not be bothered. Informed me she didn’t have any brochures and to look on line. Showed no interest what so ever. Very bad customer service, I won’t be going back.

Having visited Hawksley Rise in hopes to finding our forever family home, we were completely blown away by the service of the advisors and the standard of the showhomes. We’re looking for a 5 bed and truly loved the feel of the Masterton, the interior design is absolutely exceptional and you can see everything is at such a high standard. Dawn, Kelsey and Ashleigh took away the stressful experience of house hunting and made it so enjoyable without the pushy sales feeling we’ve had elsewhere. We were able to view the 4 bed too, to give us an idea of different layouts and styles and it gave us some great options of picturing what we will do to our home when we reserve. We’re genuinely very grateful for this experience and will recommend everyone who’s looking at a new build to visit here.

Visited the site and spoke to Kelsey and Ashleigh who were both lovely, extremely helpful and very informative answering all the questions I had. The show homes were beautiful also

Visited the site last weekend and Kelsey and Ashleigh were more than delightful, super knowledgable and always happy to help! The houses are gorgeous too!

Visited the sales office at the weekend with my partner, Kelsey in sales was lovely. when driving down to the site I noticed the story side was much cleaner than the other builders side.
