Christy and his team of builders were fantastic from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier that we chose them, based on the glowing reviews from other customers. They completed a large single-storey extension for us, integrating our original garage and supporting an addition of a blue/green roof. On top of that, we asked them to create a porcelain patio and decking area at the rear of our garden, which look fab. Even before we made our decision to go with Hegartys, Christy was incredibly helpful, guiding us through build-over agreements and materials choices with patience and expertise. Throughout the project, the team proved themselves trustworthy, polite, and a pleasure to have around. We always felt completely at ease with them. As with any build, challenges arose, but no matter the time, Christy or a member of his team was always there to support us. Christy is solution focused and this was always welcomed. Christy listened carefully to our ideas, worked with us on areas we weren’t sure about, and suggested thoughtful improvements that really enhanced our vision. We appreciated his advice and took it on board throughout. Hegarty building services completed a fairly complex project for us involving a single story extension, external wall insulation, replacing pitched and flat roofs and internal work. We are really happy with our experience with Hegarty and would happily have them back for future work and have already recommended them to friends. The standard of the work was all excellent and the quote was honoured despite some small changes along the way. We chose Hegarty Building Services to refurbish part of our house. This included replacing an extension roof, adding velux windows and a bifold door, new radiators, electrics and plumbing - and plastering and painting. We are delighted with the transformation. We had a single storey extension with a flat roof, bi-fold doors and our kitchen and dining room knocked through. Throughout the whole process Christy and his team kept us updated and fully involved at all points. He ensured that we were aware of time schedules and any slippage (this hardly happened) as well as keeping us informed of any remedial work needed. This was our first 'build' and Christy was great in ensuring we understood our options when making decisions. His team were great and we would highly recommend him.

Great service from initial quote (really reasonable) to finishing the entire project. All contractors were polite and easy to work with. Really happy with the quality of their work and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs building work.
