Having being in the trade from an Architectural perspective, I was introduced to Hype Building Ltd on a scheme in Newcastle -under-Lyme, for a conversion of an existing commercial unit into flats. John and his team were very good to work with given the amount of building contractors (small & big) I have worked with over the years - Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and certainly understand what workmanship is required for an end product for any client. I will certainly have no hesitation on putting forward Hype to any future Tender, commercially or domestically

Hype Building completed the conversion of a public house into 6 self-contained flats for us, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The standard of work was great. A special mention to Phil, the Project Manager, who was brilliant throughout. He was always helpful, easy to deal with, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Absolutely thrilled with the renovation work by John and his team! The results are beautiful, they were incredibly communicative throughout the process. There were a few slight issues, but they were promptly and very generously remedied. Highly recommend!

John and his team helped us with a simple repair in complicated circumstances. They've been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. It's not always gone smoothly, especially getting everything in order to just be able to start the work! John was really patient and did everything he could to accommodate us, Dan was amazing and the lads who came out to do the scaffolding and the job were fantastic too. They are all great blokes, so friendly, helpful and professional, couldn't fault them at all 😁

Stumbled across hype via there social media channels whilst looking for a builder to carry out various repairs on a terraced house in Stoke, after meeting several builders to be told I would need to find different tradesmen to do certain aspects of the work, I was relieved when John told me he could project manage the whole project and bring in the correct people to get the job done without me having to worry about anything. So decided Hype was the way to go, just for the ease. I was made aware that the price given was an estimate and could change if any complications throughout the works, which quite soon in it became obviously apparent that more works were indeed required. John was sympathetic with my financial situation and offered multiple solutions to such issues to help reduce the cost of the additional works which I am extremely thankful for. I had many different tradesman around the property that carried out the works, each and every one of them was respectful to myself and did the job that I wanted doing. As with everything there were a couple of snags at the end of the project that I wanted addressed, this couldn’t have been made simpler by John who inspected the works and had the snagging completed without delay or complaints. All in all the team at Hype are all good honest people trying to make a living professionally and honestly, nothing that I asked them seemed to be an issue and the works were completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely be calling hype again if I am in need of such services. Thank you for everything John.
