Iloft completed our loft conversion, rear extension, and new kitchen in 2023, and I would highly recommend them. From start to finish, the team worked efficiently, listened to our requirements, and respected our vision throughout the project. As with any major build, there were a few challenges along the way, but what really stood out was how the team handled them. They were always patient, honest, willing to take responsibility where needed, and quick to put things right. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality finish. Three years later, we recently had an issue, and Iloft responded promptly and resolved it without any hassle. That level of aftercare and customer service is rare and shows that they genuinely stand behind their work and care about their customers long after the project is complete. A special thank you to Leo, whose patience, professionalism, and communication made the whole experience so much easier. I approached iLoft to strengthen the joists in my loft and install soundproof chipboard. They fielded all my questions at a site visit, completed the work ahead of schedule and achieved an excellent finish. Their team were very considerate while on-site - making sure to put down floor protectors, hoovering afterwards and touching up any small marks. I highly recommended iLoft for any renovation work. We’ve completed several renovation projects over the years and this has easily been the smoothest, quickest, and most positive experience we’ve had. From start to finish, the whole team were organised, efficient, and communicative. The project stayed true to its competitive budget, kept tightly to schedule, and finished on time, which made the entire process feel calm and well managed throughout. What really stood out was how collaborative and adaptable they were. Our layout and design came with a few quirky challenges along the way (including our own indecisiveness at times), but every hurdle was met with professionalism, patience, and a willingness to find the right solution. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, but equally important was the care they took day to day. The site was always kept tidy, they were incredibly respectful around noise and neighbours, and they made a genuine effort to keep positive spirits high throughout the build. Even our neighbours commented on how friendly, considerate, and clean the team were… including the grumpy neighbour every street seems to have. They’re a friendly family business and it genuinely shows in the way they communicate, work together, and care about both the project and the people around it. We’re now six weeks on from snagging completion and they still check in to make sure everything is okay and make themselves available if needed, although thankfully there’s been nothing to fix. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family

iLoft was recommended by our local friends. We wanted to have a kitchen extension with some structural changes. Leo kindly came around to ours a few times to discuss the best way forward, which gave us the reassurance we needed for our first building project. Once the build started, Elvis looked after us as our project manager. His involvement made the build very smooth; he basically guided us through the whole process, providing the best possible solution for each situation. We also highly appreciated his team’s dedication and hard work. It was refreshing to see such positive energy from them. They were also very patient, helping us to visualize what we wanted. We felt close communication with Elvis and his team was vital to realizing our vision. Elvis ultimately convinced us to change the floor plan slightly from the original drawings, and we can confidently say that he was right! (We love our open-plan kitchen!) We have already referred them to our friends a few times. If anyone is considering using iLoft’s services, we can assure you they are a hardworking and trustworthy team! We love our new house, and we can't thank them enough for achieving this great result!

I had a really great experience working with ilofts. The main job involved installing a skylight and replacing the felt roof with a rubber roof, along with a few other bits and bobs. I've had a few builders do work for us in the past, and this experience was significantly better than any we’ve had before. It made a big difference. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed to a high standard. The site was always kept tidy, communication was clear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder and would happily use them again in the future.
