Punctuality and reliability come up often, and a point that comes up frequently is the crew arriving as arranged and taking time to examine an issue before explaining the options. Flexibility towards alterations and personal timetables is repeatedly praised, as is communication that stays clear from the initial conversation through to handover. Craftsmanship attracts particular comment, especially the attention to detail and careful finishing that customers associate with the company.
