JM Building Contractors

Had a leak in a bay window, called out JM building, paid a £150 callout fee which was fine. Had a diagnosis of the fault and how to fix it, paid another £80 for a temp repair. First attempt didn't fix the issue, nether did the second. Given the builder spent less than 5 minutes each time I asked for a more concerted effort, he got back to me with: "Hi, I will by book it back in but there will be a charge again, as you can imagine we can’t keep calling out for a re occurring leak that we don’t know where it’s coming from." He initially said he would make us "water tight" for the winter but was going to charge us again for the same leak. Plus I asked multiple time for a quote for the permanent fix but was ignored each time. Don't like giving bad reviews but given how we were treated I think people should be aware.

Cannot recommend this company enough. James and his team came to my rescue after some other builders messed up my flat roof. I awoke to find water coming down my walls., I phoned them and they arrived within twenty minutes of my call, and they put on a temporary roof which stayed intact throughot a later storm. They have now completed the job and I'm really happy with my new roof . I'll definitely use them again.

James did a great job building a large retaining wall. Despite several challenges and awful weather it was completed on time and on budget.

James and the team have just completed knocking our Kitchen and Dining Room through, fitting a new Kitchen and flooring, and creating a Utility room.
