Legacy Contracting Ltd

Recurring complaints about unfinished work and financial loss dominate the feedback for Legacy Contracting Ltd, a house extensions specialist operating in Peterborough. A handful of customers describe projects that were started but then abandoned, with one account stating that a kitchen was left in a mess and contact ceased for weeks. Reviews regularly refer to being left thousands of pounds out of pocket, and the same concern about money is echoed by others who report that the work delivered did not justify the sums charged.

A point made in several accounts is the gap between the drawings and specifications provided by clients and what was actually built, with one customer noting that the finished job did not match the detailed working drawings supplied. Communication problems are also highlighted, including a claim that a negative review was removed before being reposted. Some feedback does acknowledge responsive and pleasant initial contact, but the dominant theme is disappointment and distrust. The pattern that emerges is of house extension projects where clients report incomplete construction and unresolved financial disputes.
