LEO GJ BUILDINGS SOUTH LTD

Loft conversions, house extensions and full renovations form the core of the work carried out by this Luton firm, and the feedback gathered from customers centres on results that went beyond what had been envisaged. The standard of finish is a theme running through the accounts, with sharp cutting and clean, tidy sites noted alongside a steady pace of progress.

Communication is praised just as often: the team explained each stage, invited suggestions on possible improvements and talked through extra costs before carrying them out, which kept projects within the agreed budget. Punctuality and courtesy recur throughout, as does the depth of knowledge the team brings, with advice and practical experience frequently acknowledged. Projects described include kitchen extensions, loft conversions, a summer house and complete house renovations, while one trade contact refers to several years of dependable collaboration.

Where issues came up, they appear to have been resolved through discussion rather than pressure. Reviewers describe the workforce as friendly, professional and respectful of the property, and the management of both schedules and trades is highlighted. The absence of pressure at each building stage, the readiness to propose improvements and outcomes matching or surpassing expectations are mentioned again and again, with extension and renovation work the most frequently commended.
