Very pleased with the work overall. Stephen discussed the plan in detail down to plug sockets etc and therefore produced a realistic costing which turned out to be very accurate. We have had BLS carry out four projects on our property; a garage demolition and re-build, a bathroom extension, a complete re-roof and the replacement of all of our internal doors. From start to finish the communication and work was spot on. Any issues were also overcome with minimal fuss. Could not be more pleased with the work and would (and have) recommend.

Littleover Building Services just finished repointing my entire house and I am delighted with the work, My house is a large 1930's detached property and the original brickwork was looking tired as some of the mortar had eroded over the years and previous patch repairs didn't look great. There was a little bit of uncertainty on start date which is inevitable with building works due to weather etc, but once the team got going they worked their way around the house over the eight weeks the job took. The contract manager Mark, and the guys doing the work Sean, Darren & Niall were all friendly, reliable and did such a good job. I would definitely use LBS again and definitely would recommend them.

Littleover carried out a full roof replacement on our property as well as the replacement of all our internal doors. All carried out to the highest standard and a great team from office to site.

We had to replace our garage roof tiles due to a leak. Martin and Stephen were always contactable on the phone or via email and always responded to my queries. Post customer service was also excellent whenever I had questions, they were promptly dealt with. The work was started and completed on time and Mick and Pete who did the roofing were great guys, friendly and professional. We only had an issue with the scaffolding company which I mentioned to Stephen and he resolved it quickly. Overall, very happy with the builders and would definitely recommend.

Littleover Building Services have just completed a garage conversion for me. The communication has been great, with nothing too much trouble. I am really pleased with the outcome, all the various trades came when they said they would, worked really hard and left the site clean and tidy. The standard of work is excellent.
