I would highly recommend Loftcon. Communication was excellent. I was fully informed of all aspects of my build.Time keeping was excellent. Every member of staff were approachable, helpful and polite. I felt the joiner on my build went the extra mile to ensure my loft conversion was exactly what I wanted. The office staff could be contacted over the phone, email or text and always responded quickly and effectively. My neighbours were so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the build they have also asked Loftcon to carry out work!

We have just had loftcon complete a large loft conversion and roof raise, great team , Jordan and jake were a pleasure to have around, knew what they were doing and were so helpful, they got the most out of the space and we are so pleased with the finished results, we had it finished to plastered and plumbing first fixed, bathroom fitted by another local firm.

Very pleased with our new loft conversion. From architectural design drawings all the way through to the end, it was a smooth process. Karl and Stephen were brilliant. I have recently had an excellent experience with loft con for my velux loft conversion. Dennis is a highly skilled architect and he adapted designs where needed. Loftcon is a family ran business and I can’t thank them enough for being patient with me inbetween the design stage and work starting. Loftcon has exceptional customer service and communication prior and during the work being done and they have lots of different options to meet different budgets. We enquired about a loft conversion. Communication was great throughout the enquiry and very quick to respond. The surveyor was very honest about us not being able to have a loft conversion and gave an explanation of why. Beyond having the work done they gave the impression of being very professional and as a company I would consider to use in the future/recommend to others should anyone ask.

I'm not myself a customer of loftcom but I am decorator currently employed by their customers to finish off the conversions they have done. I am lucky enough that I believe this Is the 6th job of theirs I'm following a felt the need to praise the workmanship on them. At a time where new building developments are constantly criticised for cutting corners and passing questionable quality, my only experience following this building service has been above and beyond. I'm am finding little to no snags in their work, everything seems solid and done to a T. My only negative comment could be I'm losing money being able to charge for excessive prep. I would recommend this firm every time.

Dennis and his team did a great job on our holiday bungalow loft conversion , I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to turn their roof space into an extension of their home .With their wealth of experience they gave us valued advice through the process and all the tradesmen were true professionals 10/10
