I can highly recommend Manchester Homes - Lawrence and the team completed a small renovation project in my home, I was very happy with the finished work. The team are professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I was kept informed of progress and consulted as necessary. I was particularly pleased with the cleaning at the end of the building work, they left the house in a clean and tidy state. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Brilliant experience with Lawrence and his team. We were offered a very competitive price in comparison to other quotes received. The communication throughout the project was fantastic, and the team were reliable. Nothing seemed to be too much; any issues were discussed ahead of decisions being made. Having engaged Manchester Homes in Oct 2024 we found them to be prompt to commence work and displayed a collaborative friendly and co-operative workstyle throughout. Any problems encountered during the project were met with quick solutions including liaising with building control. The costing and buildings process has been transparent at all times and overall it has been a very positive experience and we are delighted with the results and would highly recommend Laurence's team for any building work. Very impressed with the service, professionalism and final work from the whole team. We had a garage conversion which Lawrence and his team delivered from start to end. All works were delivered to a very high standard - the team thought through all building considerations, made recommendations on improvements and helped us throughout the project from the initial stage to completion.
