Mark and his fabulous team of trades carried out some building work in my home which included taking walks out, electrical work, plumbing and plastering. Mark has been amazing coordinating all the trades and despite it being (what I consider) to be a big and messy job it all worked really well. Everyone who came to my house has been lovely and very trustworthy. Mark was in and out often checking in on the project which I found really reassuring. Some jobs needed to be added on and Mark got this sorted straight away even completing some. Of these himself. I would 100% recommend mark and his team and he will for sure be my first point of contact for anything else I need in the future! Toby (the dog) is going to miss all his all his new friends who sat waiting for every day 😂

Mark and team recently completed works on.our property. This included knocking down walls, Installing bi-folding doors, plumbing, plastering, electrics, flooring and all relevant paperwork to conform to building and safety regs. Always on time and kept us updated at all stages. Tidy, professional and very approachable. Would definitely recommend. Great team and attention to detail.

Mark and his team took all the stress out of a kitchen project on a rental property. All work carried out to a high standard and in a timely manor. The team project managed the whole project dealing with all the trades and ensuring the whole project was completed down to even painting meaning it was completely stress free!

Mark and his team were utter professionals. We asked him to arrange and coordinate various different trades whilst he installed our kitchen. He did this with ease, and everyone he brought on board was just as high quality. Which is easier said than done! He made sure everyone was booked in to fit the build schedule perfectly, so that everything ran smoothly. His communication was great and he would send me regular updates if we weren't at the house to make decisions. He is definitely a perfectionist, in the best way possible and the result is 👌🏻 We couldn't be happier with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate a second to highly recommend. 5 stars – Outstanding Work and a Fantastic Team I recently had the pleasure of working with Naylor Building Developments Ltd, led by Mark, to prepare my kitchen for a full refit – and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The project involved ripping out the old kitchen, significant electrical work, plumbing, plastering, and more. From start to finish, the team were exceptional – professional, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to have around the house. Mark was fantastic throughout, always available to talk things through and kept everything running smoothly. A special thank you to Gareth, who was brilliant at resolving the unexpected issues that came up (not surprising in a 150-year-old house!) – nothing was ever too much trouble. Rob handled the electrical work, which was particularly complex, but he approached every challenge with a solution-focused attitude and great skill. The whole project was completed on time and to a very high standard, and I’m so pleased with the results. Had my kitchen completely refurbished with some building work alongside - absolutely over the moon with it - it’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I asked for - Mark and his team have done a fabulous job and I can’t fault a single thing everything ran so smoothly and they completed in the time allocated. My pictures don’t do it justice I literally feel like I’m in a show kitchen every day - thankyou so much.
