From the initial email to in inspection the communication was excellent Johnny was excellent throughout the inspection. The final report was completed very quickly and emailed through. Faultless process.

Was there to answer questions 6-7 weeks after, good service and happy They are very thorough and probably include stuff thats overboard but its in your favour as the buyer

First time booking them for a large residential property. Spend a good few hours fully inspecting, inspector Troy was very knowledgable and picked up on excellent detail you’d never have known about, including major issues which will now get rectified. Such an efficient service- well worth every pence!

I found this company on Instagram when I was looking to get a snagging report done for my new build house. The process was really easy from start to finish. I rang to book them in, and as promised I received a text the day before from the person coming to the address to confirm timings/location etc. Cameron came to do my inspection and he was very thorough. I liked that he discussed some of the points with me as he was going along. It was really reassuring to hear him being complimentary about my house (it was nice to hear it's not going to fall down!), but obviously he'd picked up a fair few snags along the way. Cameron was really friendly and chatty too which is always a good thing when a professional comes into your house. The snag report was sent in less than 48hrs and was invaluable on our 7 day completion visit with the site manager. Just an all round great experience, totally worth it, and would definitely recommend - thank you 😊

Communication was excellent throughout the process- starting from my initial enquiry right through to the point our final report was provided. Our final report was extremely detailed, informative and referenced all relevant regulations/standards. It was clear our inspector Johnny had left no stone unturned. This gave us confidence that our new home was up to standard and really helped with the settling in process. Johnny was incredibly friendly/approachable. Our final report was ready within 48 hours and it was then just a simple case of forwarding to the developer to start addressing the issues identified. Overall I was incredibly happy with the service provided and the final report and service I received.
