No1 extensions and conversions built our dorma loft conversion earlier this year. The team all worked hard, were on hand quickly to deal with any issues and completed a gorgeous new bedroom and en-suite. The quality of all work done is excellent and we are really happy with the finish.

Matt, Paul and the rest of the team did a fantastic job converting my garage into a room. They were quick, organised, efficient and all work has been done to a really high standard - any concerns I had they were helpful with and accommodating. Great local company who try to ensure that your build goes as smoothly as possible for you. For a small fee (well worth it) you can pay a building control company who work with no1 so you don’t have to get involved with any of planning side of things. As with all new relationships we had to find our rhythm with communication. The lads were really nice and did their best to respect that although it was a building site we were still living here. They were also able to offer advice; special shout out to both Nick’s and Liam. Also the Electrican, Andy. They went the extra mile for us when we wanted some extra plastering doing but couldn’t immediately afford it as it would be over budget; offering a pay later option which meant we could get the build finished as we wanted - special thanks to Matt and Chandra.

Matt and his team did a great job on our extension despite a big structural issue causing them problems / delays. We lived in the house the whole time so it really helped that the team are a lovely set of lads who kept the place as tidy as possible. The house now is exactly how we wanted and Matt and team have made awkward spaces usable. Their attention to detail, such as reusing old bricks and purchasing bricks to match the existing exterior, have made all the difference. We would recommend Matt and his team !!

We would 100% recommend no 1 extensions & conversions. The team, especially Paul and James, have worked exceptionally hard on our garage conversion into a bedroom and bathroom. They've listened to us and come up with options and guided us in making decisions based on their expertise. They were always on time, sometimes staying late too get the work done. Matt kept us informed throughout. The team were all courteous and professional at all times. The quality and finish is to a very high standard and everything we had hoped for.
