Otium has helped with so many areas both inside and out in refurbishing my 400 year old cottage. Nothing has been a problem and their craftsmen are of the highest standard not to mention the tidiest and most polite I have ever met ! Would highly recommend .

Otium Construction did a fantastic job completely overhauling our garden. From landscaping / installing a new retaining wall to laying a new patio; we went into the project with a rough idea of what we wanted and they fleshed out our design and executed it to a high standard. Absolutely brilliant job on a rear extension in London. From start to finish the team were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the finish is spot on. Communication was clear throughout, the site was kept tidy, and everything was delivered on time with no stress. I recently used Otium Construction Ltd for a kitchen dinning room refurbishment. I was out of the country at the time and so most of my instructions where done over the phone including the removal of a wall. On my return I was amazed by the transformation, not only had the work had been carried out to the letter, but the place was so clean with flowers to welcome me home.(such a nice touch).Future work was carried out in the next couple of weeks, all work was to a very high standard and the guys where punctual, friendly, and very though. We had ceilings plastered floors layed, reconstructed kitchen, painting, and wall removed. I would and have recommended them to anyone and will be happy to have them back to do more work later in the year.

Excellent Company who have created an impressive open plan kitchen / dinning area with new wooden flooring and work tops. The guys could not be more helpful working very professionally and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Price wise really good value and I would recommend them to anyone.
