Big thank you for the work you have done on the loft. Also very big thank you to Phil for your spot on work, you have done a grand job and also Liam. Got a detailed, organised quote from PJ Builders from the start and chose them due to this. Had to wait for work to start due to them being very busy with other jobs. Had loft floor lowered and made into a large bedroom and had one side off the house made into the ensuite as well off a new staircase and corridor. They was happy for me to add extra work on, so upstairs would be nearly completed. Will update finished room photos when I get round to decorating.

PJ’s have just completed a dormer loft extension (1 bed + en-suite) for me. From the initial consultation and all the way through the communication has been excellent. We we consulted about every detail and provided with weekly updates about progress. Each of the trades on site were punctual, polite, respectful and have left us with a standard of finish that we couldn’t be happier with. The timescale of the works was hampered by some terrible weather but without that would have been roughly what was forecast. The quote was comprehensive and the only increase in the budget was at our request. I would happily recommend PJ’s ro anyone considering having work done. PJ Builders did a loft conversion on our property. From the initial quote and throughout the build they were easy to communicate with and kept us well informed. The workmanship and quality is brilliant and we're really happy with the finished result. At the end of the project they completed all snags and did a thorough clean up. Used pj builders to do a single storey extension to our bungalow. Absolutely delighted with the service we received from coming out to quote to the finished thing. We were constantly kept updated by Wayne and they were punctual and reliable. The disruption was kept to a minimum and our needs were always a priority for them, ensuring we could still use areas of our kitchen etc, for as long as possible. A must when you are living day to day during an extension project. All the tradesmen were polite, trustworthy and very good at their jobs. The finishes were excellent throughout. The suggestions regarding the velux skylights etc were really helpful and we are over the moon with the finished room! I would definitely recommend pj building services. They really did take the hassle out of everything whilst delivering excellent customer service and competitively priced. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. We contracted PJ Building Services to build a side extension on top of an existing converted garage. We can't believe how quick and easy the entire process has been working with Wayne and his team. Waynes level of communication was incredible, and everyone he had work on this project was professional, tidy and took pride in their work. We're really happy with the end result and would happily use them again for future projects.

We have recently had a loft to gable extension on our 1930’s semi and family bathroom refurbishment. We have gone from a 3 bed with separate bathroom and toilet to 5 bed and 2 bath. It was our first major reno project so we were understandably nervous about choosing the right builder - especially given all the horror stories you hear out there. However, I felt compelled to write this review as we had a really wonderful experience with PJ Builders from start to finish and would happily/confidently recommend them to friends and family. We’ve already booked in for further work to be completed over the coming months. Paul and his team are hardworking, honest and reliable. Each of them showed care in our home - even tidying up at the end of each day. We were kept fully informed of what the plan for the day was at the start and end of the day so we knew who was coming and when. They were punctual and professional. Furthermore, they’re all a lovely bunch of people to speak to over a brew. Paul was always on hand via phone and site visits to make sure everything was running smoothly. Any hiccups, snags or issues were raised and rectified every time. Paul was also very patient with us when we kept adding on extras we wanted (e.g. all new internal doors, taking down a porch etc). We’re absolutely delighted with our new loft extension and very pleased that it all came in on budget too! The quality of the finish is wonderful as they have pride in their work. For example; Paul wasn’t happy with the finish on the guttering due to the height of the scaffolding (an issue I doubt I’d have noticed) so he had the chaps redo it until the finish was up to his standard. Overall, it’s been a great experience from beginning to end. For reference, we hired PJ Builders from start to completion and were happy with every stage. Including drawing up the plans. I’ll come back to add some photos once I’ve finished painting & decorating the new rooms. Thank you Paul and team!!!
