5.0 / 5 · 21 totalWe suddenly developed an underground water leak on our supply pipe. We notified Welsh water nearly a month ago who then told us that our leak was 180 litres per hour. After ringing Welsh water every day for 2 weeks and getting no phone call back from welsh water or being able to speak to the private leakage team (who should have fixed it), Jon and Chris saved the day. They came round the next morning after contacting them and worked tirelessly to fix the leak! They remedied a very stressful situation extremely quickly and we are extremely grateful. We have used Jon before on a bigger job and he is the most genuine hardworking guy who always acts with integrity. The work is top quality too. I highly recommend.

Rise Constrution's joiner, Gareth, has made and fitted a new front door which replicates one of the original designs for the Garden Village in Rhiwbina. Jon Sainsbury, who runs the business, is efficient, courteous and responsive to his customers needs. Between them Jon and Gareth have provided quality, value and excellent service.
Very polite prompt and keep the customer very well informed. On top of that the extension they built for us was very high quality. Can't fault Jon and his team, would highly recommend them.
