SDP Builders

From the onset to completion SDP Builders showed exceptional skill, courtesy and friendliness the end result is evident from the chosen photos.

Brilliant service from start to finish, James at SDP really understood our end goal, he took the time to get to know us and what we needed and the result is just what we asked for and more. The team of builders were all great and real characters who would do anything for you. We are happily enjoying our new space. Thank you so much James and Team

We are delighted to recommend SDP Builders. Our house has been completely refurbished and a single storey extension added. Having been stripped back to brick, we have had everything redone including roof, plaster, electrics, plumbing and heating, joinery, kitchen and bathrooms. The standard of all the work is excellent. In addition, the work was undertaken and delivered to our agreed schedule. SDP offer a complete, professional service. All the trades and professionals that have been involved were friendly, polite and clearly knew what they were doing. Many thanks to James and all who have made this a home we are very much enjoying.

We had an extension done by James and his team. The work was done pretty much on time and James was flexible with our requirements on starting dates and finishing dates. The team were all very friendly, from the builders, carpenters, electricians, plasterers and plumbers. The quality of the work was excellent. Lots of passers by comment how good the work looks and in keeping with the character of the main house. James managed the project well and I think the nicest thing was that he did genuinely want to do a good job for us.

James and his team completed a loft conversion for me this October. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work done. The project start date did get pushed back a few times but when they started, they worked fast and efficiently, and had completed the work in approx 12 weeks and snagging was dealt with promptly. A few little issues along the way were resolved satisfactorily. The team were polite and pleasant to have around and I would be happy to use them again. Thanks James and team!

James and his team did an excellent jobs of our loft conversion, very happy with the results. Tyrone, Andy and the rest of the lads were top, which is what you want when they're spending so much time at your home. James, meanwhile, managed the whole thing seamlessly. They built a huge scaffolding structure over the building and only ever entered our home in the final few of weeks to add finishing touches, like fire doors and bathroom etc. Would use again in future and recommend anyone who needs work doing.

When considering what we wanted from a builder for our extension we decided we were looking for someone who we could trust to do a quality job with reliable trades building to time and budget. Beyond this we recognised that we needed somebody who could help us navigate through the process giving advice where needed. In James and the team from SDP, we found all of these things. The result being the extension we wanted from the outset delivered on time and to budget by a team who were a pleasure to work with. James led the project with a calm authority and was always available when we needed to discuss any aspect of the build. We would highly recommend James and his team.
