I recently carried out extensive renovation of my house that included rewinding, plastering, new heating system, and new flooring. Finding the right builders was key as we were on a tight budget with a lot of pressure from the lender to complete the work before remortgaging. I employed Tommy / South Hampshire Builders to carry out the work. Tommy and his team were very thorough with their work, they came in every day focusing entirely on my house and working throughout the week consistently. Tommy was very detailed with this communication on the work throughout and took pride in ensuring that the work was completed at high standard. Tommy was clear on the work and costs involved from the outset and communicated any unforeseen issues swiftly, coming up with cost effective solutions and reasonable and well thought suggestions. The work was completed in good time and to a high standard. I found Tommy to be very honest, totally transparent, clear with his communication, courteous throughout and genuine man. Not only they worked hard and did a great job, but Tommy and Mitch helped me with some DIY that I took on to try and keep the renovating costs down by providing good advice and helpful tips. Nothing was much of a bother for Tommy and Mitch. We are so pleased with the work and would have no hesitation to employ Tommy and South Hampshire Builders in the future, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and good builders.
