Arranged a team of trades who were all reliable and did what was needed. Ran like clockwork, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend

The perfect finish to our recent renovation! After knocking down walls to create our new open-plan kitchen, We were blown away by the final results. They were professional, thorough out, and completely relentless in getting every corner clean at the end of each day before leaving Walking back into the house, it felt like a show home. They turned a dusty building site back into a beautiful living space. I cannot recommend SS builders enough. The final building looks fabulous, and the quality of the workmanship is perfect. I chose SSR based upon the positive reviews and content of their website. I had a wall removed and new set of bi fold doors to open out my kitchen space. I am very happy with the results! SSR were mindful i was living on a building site and built a stud wall to contain the dust and the mess and left site clean and tidy every day. All staff were friendly and approachable in my home and Steve provided good advice when any unforseen problems arose and made sure I was happy rather than choosing the easiest resolution. He paid attention to the smaller details. All payments/finances were transparent as per the estimate and trust is a big factor when I was choosing a builder. I would 💯 % recommend SSR builders based on my experience!

Stephen and his team have recently completed our rear extension. The whole team are very polite, punctual and great to work with. We had several issues with suppliers and unforeseen problems but Stephen was very flexible and knowledgeable to help solve these issues along the way. Would be our go to for any future work. Stephen recently completed a Kitchen/Diner knock through alongside the conversion of a pitch to a flat-roof with install of roof lights and bifolds. From quote to completion we had a very good experience. Stephen was more than happy to walk through the detail and changed the quotes several times before the work commenced. Stephen kept us updated through the build process, which he completed on time and to a very high standard - his team of specialist sub-trades is excellent. The build was complicated due to the age of the house and the unknowns that were uncovered as the work progressed, but they were all overcome by SSR and the team. On a day-to-day basis the site was left clean and tidy with no unnecessary pile-up of building materials on the drive. I would definitely recommend SSR for any building work.
