Daryll and his team set the bar for good practice in the building trade. His teams are efficient, effective and his working practices are focused, thoughtful and with great leadership. Daryll’s team achieved in the morning, what I would’ve expected other builders to have taken possibly days over. A complex roof repair, from a poor potentially dangerous initial build historically by another firm was rapidly rectified with Daryll‘s expertise and the skills of his team. The result, a strong, stable structure, future proofed to allow further developments. The Luxury Loft company is an organisation one can have complete confidence in. Nicely done!

I was very impressed with the luxury loft company. They Successfully completed my loft in a timely fashion in a large end of Terrace Victorian townhouse in Jesmond. I’m very happy with the finished product and also the quality and Progress of the build. From start to finish Daryl and his team turned up on time every day and put in a solid shift. They were always tidy and polite. The work is robust, of high-quality and well organised. All the team are clearly very capable and experienced at what they do and work well together. Daryl has excellent leadership skills is physically strong and a very capable businessman and builder. Of particular note the Team carried a 120 kg bath tub up the stairs. And also the joinery finish around the doors, skirting boards and staircase was excellent. I would not hesitate recommending them.

We used the luxury loft company for our extension and are absolutely blown away with it. Every step of the way Daryll and his team have been superb. Every evening they fully cleaned up before leaving going over and beyond what was expected from them. Communication from them has been perfect, talking us through every step and explaining what would be happening and what to expect.
