We recently had a loft conversion completed by the team at Top Mark Conversions Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly very experienced. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them – they were always happy to answer questions, offer advice, and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Mark and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They completed the shell loft conversion efficiently while keeping the quality of work to a very high standard. Mark and his team were fantastic throughout our project. From the initial meeting with Mark to discuss and price for the job he kept us informed at every step. The whole team were professional and nothing was too much trouble. With the access to various trades at his disposal, any requirements we had were able to be met. Would thoroughly recommend.
We googled loft conversions and Mark came out with 5 stars. Made the call Mark came to see us , he went through the process with us and was so reassuring. Mark gave us a start date and time frame, so in December 2025 the first stage started, scaffolding went up and the poor guys had to work in what was awful weather. After the scaffolding the dorma was constructed again in awful weather. Next process was staircase which was fitted and built on site and we didn't loose our box bedroom. The internal work went very well as we explained how we wanted the rooms and how the bathroom was to look. Then came to choosing the fire door's Conan and Mark went through the options available for us. We then decided to have French doors fitted to the dorma instead of windows which was no problem and Mark sourced the Juliet bannister. Overall completion was in the 3 month time line . We have given 5 star review and would recommend Mark to anyone who is thinking of a loft conversion.. Many thanks and kind regards to Mark and all of his team.
Mark and his team were incredible. It was unbelievable how quickly our cold dusty loft was transformed into a light and spacious luxury en-suite bedroom. Mark was always available to talk me through each stage of the conversion and help me make decisions when I had no idea what I wanted. I now have a beautiful bedroom and feel like I’m on holiday in my own house. Would highly recommend
Mark and Robbo were great getting through our loft conversion really quickly. Kept us informed throughout and gave us options and advice as the work progressed making tweaks as we asked along the way. Really nice guys too which made the whole thing a pleasant process. Always bright and early everyday while the main construction underway and really hard working. Mark organised all the other trades and great work from the roofers, plasterer, James the plumber, Leon the tiler. Only a few normal minor snags with electrics at the end which Mark and Robbo helped get resolved. The end result was a lovely warm loft room and loads more space for our family. Thanks Mark, Robbo, Conan and wider team for all your hard work!
