Up Close Construction LTD were excellent and the work was well organised and carried out promptly. Danny's team were always on time polite, professional and worked extremely hard. My garage conversion was complete in 3 days. Far quicker than I expected and I'm very happy with the result.

Up close construction recently converted my loft and also did an extension for me the experience I had with them was first class they completed the job on time and did a fantastic job with quality workmanship I would highly recommend using these 10 out of 10

Had multiple jobs done by their various teams. I would a 100% recommend them. Punctuality- they said they said they would arrive at 8 am- by 7:57 at both jobs their van was outside and doorbell rung at 8am sharp! We were really impressed with this. Efficiency: highly efficient team for all thr jobs- finished way before expected and jobs done to completion and our satisfaction. Did not waste time at all. Cleanup: cleaned up after finishing the jobs everytime! Cost- I wouldn't say their quote was the cheapest- probably the middle of all the quotes we recieved- however - considering the above, happy to pay the full quotation as very reliable! Would be hiring them again for future projects.

Danny is an absolute legend. There aren’t enough words to say how fantastic he is and how grateful I am to him. He is professional, honest, reliable. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for him and he has practical solutions to every problem. I’m so glad I found Danny and his team. He completed the works (despite access issues in a city centre flat with no parking) in incredible time and to a high quality standard. He kept us informed and communicated with us throughout the project and listened to all our annoying little requests without any grumbles. We had an issue with mould appearing in one of our rooms. Daniel came round promptly and helped identify the root cause (lack of insulation behind old render causing temperature differences and condensation). He helped us look at different types of cladding options and go us got us booked in quickly, always responding within the day and providing clear and reasonable quotes for all work. On the day, his team came round on time and replaced the old render with new cladding and insulation. The guys were super friendly, easily dealt with a few unforeseen issues, the work was carried out efficiently, and our place was left spotless. Recommend highly, and will be using these guys again if any other work is needed

I hired UpClose for a renovation project. He and his team did well getting the works all done in such a timely fashion. Difficult as it was done remotely, over Christmas and with multiple stakeholder demands but I am most grateful to him and the team at each stage from initial brief, project design, quote and delivery I found Danny to be communicating well and responding to challenges without any hassle at all. When there were genuine snags or issues we resolved them quickly and amicably, very easy to deal with.

Mine was a big job, downstairs remodelled. The workmen were all polite and cleaned up after themselves. One or two hiccups were found which were rectified. The fireplace and chimney breast were taken off. Cottage kitchen made into bathroom and kitchen. Laminate floors in kitchen and front room. New fire and fireplace backboard fitted in front room, 3 sockets moved as these were on skirting board and couldn’t use, Took 4 months which was longer than expected and cost more than the original quote because of rotting floorboards found and extras I asked for.
