We recently used ZAF Builders to completely redesign and renovate the upstairs of our home. They also renovated our bathrooms and bedrooms, along with various other jobs throughout the house. From start to finish, ZAF was professional, well organised, and delivered high-quality workmanship. I honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. Took a chance with Google and am so happy with the work Zaf and his team have done. Started off with work in my own house when we moved, then kept them on for an investment rental and now they have just built from scratch a 2 bed annexe in my garden. Absolutely 💯 recommended . Definitely using again.

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Zaf Homes Ltd. for a full house renovation and I deeply regret it. From start to finish, the entire process was a disaster. The team was completely unprofessional: rarely on time, often leaving early and no communication. The quality of the work is appalling. Walls are uneven, paint is patchy, sockets were installed crooked and several fittings are already coming loose just weeks after completion. The finish looks rushed and careless, as if they had no pride in their work. They ignored design instructions multiple times and had to redo things, not that the second attempts were any better. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without explanation and there was no clear project management. Every step felt disorganized and chaotic. What should have been an exciting renovation turned into an incredibly stressful and expensive nightmare. I’ve had to hire separate tradespeople to fix many of the issues they left behind, costing me more time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering Zaf Homes Ltd. to look elsewhere. They lack professionalism, attention to detail, and any sense of accountability. Save yourself the trouble! I wish I had!

Zaf and his team have just completed a ground floor renovation of our 3 bedroom house following a flood. Work included a complete strip out of the ground floor including bathroom and kitchen, re-plumbing, new electrics, new bathroom/shower room, re-plastering, tiling of floors and walls. The team has an excellent work ethic; very professional and good communications. We are very pleased with the high standard of finish. A hassle-free project. Well done team.
