They completed an extension on our previous house, and having been so impressed with their work, we recently used them again for a full bathroom renovation and a downstairs WC. We recently used Zeta for a complete kitchen renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. It has gone from a dark space which we used for cooking to a room which is now the most popular in the house and is so much more than simply a place to make food. It really does feel like a room where the family can get together and evening meals are much more pleasant around the table. From the initial planning stage to the final handover, the boys were professional, reliable, and incredibly hard-working. They took all the stress out of it. There was a lot to do, we had an internal wall taken down, a chimney breast removed and beams inserted to support chimney breasts upstairs. The communication was top notch. They were very easy to talk to. Willing to offer ideas where appropriate but also completely at ease at adapting to our own vision of the project. They dealt with everything. They replaced the floors, the windows, the ceiling and made sure the walls were properly insulated which was invaluable during the recent heatwave. The room is now warm when it should be and cool when it should be. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail in the cabinetry fitting and finish is flawless. Nothing was left to chance. They arrived on time every day, turned up when they said they would and kept us updated on progress throughout with phone calls, texts and even pictures during the day whilst I was at work. This helped to build excitement during the inevitable inconvenience of having your kitchen out of bounds for a while. Now, there are times when I genuinely just stand in my kitchen and stare at how pretty it is.

Zeta Construction carried out a refurbishment of our property in 2025, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The works included a brand-new kitchen, a modern wet room, underfloor heating, a bespoke TV wall unit, a new downstairs toilet, installation of hardwood flooring throughout, and full painting and decorating.
