Overall a great service and great workmanships. Matt came for the survey and was very polite and experienced, explaining all the options available. On the day there team arrived and took just over half a day to complete the job to a great standard. Aftercare service was good and some questions I had were answered and settled within a week. I would highly recommend them.

I’m really pleased with the loft ladder installation and the floor boarding done for extra storage. Everything feels solid and well‑finished, and the loft is now so much easier to access and use. Fantastic service — I would happily recommend to anyone.

We had fantastic service from Matt and his team when our loft ladder was first installed. Unfortunately we have recently had a problem with the hatch. Matt arranged to replace the faulty hatch without any problem. A true sign of a good company is not only their initial service but their after care as well. Matt and his team meet these criteria easily. Thank you.

It was for sure a tricky job as it needed a “blind cut” as there was no access to this roof space. Job took a lot longer than a straight forward job but still charged the original quote, that is appreciated as not normally the case now days. Finished article looks great and blends in nicely. Would recommend

Access 4 Lofts have fitted a ladder, insulated and boarded the loft in our new bungalow. They did the same in our last house so I didn’t hesitate to contact the again. Service and price still very reasonable. Turned up when expected. Professional and friendly. Can’t fault them. Would recommend.
