What was once a dark, unused space is now a bright, spacious, and beautiful master bedroom that we absolutely love. Their workmanship was top-quality, with real attention to detail, and everything was completed to a very high standard. What really stood out, though, was how helpful and approachable they were throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident at every stage. On top of that, they were always polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have around the house something that makes a big difference during a project like this. Update: After posting this review Dan contacted me, apologised and has since paid back over half of what is owed. I had a loft conversion done less than 5 years ago and I've already had to pay for a complete new roof on the dormer due to poor workmanship. I was provided with a 10 year warranty, but when I reached out for compensation, my message was ignored and my number blocked. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for responsibility and customer care. If you value quality work and aftercare, I strongly advise avoiding this company. A warranty means nothing to this company.

The loft boarding in our bungalow carried out by Dan and the guys was very professional and of high quality. I would highly recommend them for future work.
