Matt, Chris and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant. Our dormer loft conversion was finished on time and on budget. Communication was perfect, disruption and mess was kept to a minimum, and we really felt like we could trust them. So pleased with our new space.
Matt and the team completed our loft conversion last year - on time, on budget and to an excellent level of quality. Would not hestitate to recommend their professionalism and attention to detail. Two years on . . . and we still love our loft conversion. Matt has been back to troubleshoot issues a couple of times, fixing things that really weren't about the build. He is always extremely helpful and practical. Very pleased.

I can't speak highly enough of AMD Loft Conversions. They've just done our victorian terrace loft conversion and: • They were absolutely bang on time and on budget at all points • Their approach to cost management is so transparent - any change from the client (oftentimes in our case changes that actually reduced the cost) is itemised and the overall quote is altered accordingly. But equally, if you don't change the spec then they won't change the cost. • The team are good guys - we were very happy to have them in our house. • The finish is very high quality - not just in terms of how it looks, but also in the little bits and pieces that you might not notice but will prevent you having issues in 10 years time. • Their quote was cheaper than the bigger names in Bristol lofts, but I suspect their quality and attention to detail was as good, if not greater. We'd recommend them 100%
It was a total pleasure having Matt and his team here. They are all so friendly, considerate and tidy and I still cant quite believe they came and went in 6 weeks! The work they have done is faultless, we were kept up to date with their progress weekly and so we had plenty of notice to make any decisions we needed to. They were also available to answer any questions we had and were accommodating with any changes we wanted to make along the way, updating the quote accordingly and promptly so there were never any surprises. Any minor snagging issues we had after they left, Matt came either the same day or the following one to sort it out himself. I cant recommend them highly enough. I met with lots of companies before we went ahead with AMD and Matt seemed to me to be the most organised, efficient and friendly, with a team that has worked with him for years. They only do one job at a time and so you never feel you have to fight for attention. What he was offering prior to starting seemed a bit too good to be true but he delivered!
These guys are the best! Well worth the wait. They finished the project in 6 weeks, working hard and clearing up well at the end of each day. Matt, Chris and the team communicated well with us through each stage of the project and had a great attitude throughout. We would highly recommend!
