AWC Loft Conversions

Had our loft converted a few years ago by Ady and the team. Really pleased with everything that was done, and the timescales to which everything was completed. All the external people Ady recommended were also great like our architect. Was able to go through everything with everyone at each stage and if ever needed was able to change things as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done.

Perfect I had my loft done by AWC twice I never liked dormers so had it done with pitched roof but after a while I changed my mind and had them back to the put a 8 meter wide dormer and wow it’s given me such a massive room I now have on suit and a dressing room what a transformation in my unused loft wish I had it done sooner highly recommended 👍

AWC carried out a loft conversion for us in Reading. The works consisted of a new central staircase, two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. We were very pleased with the end result. Ady and his team were very easy to work with and the project was completed within the time agreed and to the agreed cost. AWC took care of the design, structural calculations, building inspection and all elements of the construction. Ady and Owen have just completed our loft conversion. A wonderful, clean, respectful and professional service by them both. The project was on budget and to time scheduled. We had a loft conversion done in 2018 and we continue to be very pleased with the work. We transformed our small 2 bed house into a forever home, without the stress of moving house! It’s been fantastic for our now teenage girl who has the loft as her room. Ady and his team were very respectful when working in our home with minimal disruption. Ady would carefully explain the process at each stage and also ensure his team cleared any mess left behind, which is greatly appreciated when having 2 children.
