Aztech Lofts

We are extremely happy with our loft conversion! It’s provided us with the extra space we desperately needed. Ross and the team were all great. Nothing was too much to ask. Jack was great at giving us different options to choose from to make the final finishes. Would highly recommend using Aztech Lofts if your thinking of extending your home!

Really pleased with the whole experience (from receiving the initial plans to the finished result) and so glad I chose Aztec for my loft conversion. I received regular updates throughout the process and really impressed with the workmanship/ attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We were really pleased with the loft extension Ross and his team put in for us. The finish was good and it’s really changed the way we use the space. There’s always issues along the way, but these were resolved professionally. We appreciated their service.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Dealing with Aztech Lofts has been a nightmare. Initially they were on form and professional, however this changed throughout the build process. Ross was extremely unprofessional when challenged on clear issues and became defensive / aggressive rather than taking responsibility. To make matters worse, they made a mistake that has left us with a £10,000 bill to fix, which they have taken no accountability for. Ross is also withholding the structural calculations from Building Control, meaning we cannot get our Building Regs signed off. Communication from the company was consistently poor — slow, unclear, and often non-existent when it actually mattered. The premium price definitely does not come with a premium service.

We were recommended Aztec Lofts by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. Our loft conversion was finished on the agreed date with only a few minor delays which couldn’t have been helped. Their professionalism and clear communication has been so refreshing and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Aztech lofts recently completed a whole remodel of our first floor, hall, stairs and landing for us including two new bathrooms and 5 fitted wardrobes/cupboards. From start to finish the experience was great and the workmanship superb. Ross couldn't be more helpful and he has a great team working with him. We changed course a couple of times which he was very accommodating about, We were given great advice on the plans from his team, who were all very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend.

Ross and team recently converted our loft storage into a spacious and warming new bedroom with ensuite. Overall process was slick, plenty of information and responsiveness to questions/ queries. We did encounter some issues, however these were quickly identified and put right quickly without any question. Our build did also take longer than expected but this was communicated throughout and a plan agreed between the Aztech team and us. Big thanks to Jack, James, Quinn, Chris, Nico, Big Sam and plenty of others. Overall we are very happy with the outcome and would most definitely recommend Aztech to any new clients.
