Adam is named repeatedly in accounts, working alongside Mo and the wider crew, and customers describe the team as professional, polite and straightforward to deal with from first contact through to completion.

A point made in several accounts is reliability and punctuality, with projects said to finish quickly to a strong standard and homes left clean and tidy once the tools are packed away. Honest advice and design input are praised, particularly on a nature-themed bathroom and a recommendation about a front yard. Several reviewers mention the range of trades kept in-house, covering electrical work, plumbing and painting, together with the fitting of worktops, cupboards and an American fridge freezer.

Clear communication throughout a full transformation, reasonable rates and a willingness to explain options all feature in the feedback. Repeat bookings are a common thread, with further projects covering a bedroom with its adjoining shower room and walk-in wardrobe, and a new extension where brand new carpets were laid. Customers consistently single out the friendly manner of the lads on site as a reason they would use the firm again.
