Terry and his team completed a side return extension on my property in Brighton. They were fantastic throughout - Terry understood the vision, communicated well and overcame a few challenges throughout the process without compromising the final result. Terry completed a two-storey extension and internal reconfiguration of our house in 2016, creating an additional master bedroom with en-suite, a reconfigured staircase, new office, utility, downstairs WC, playroom, and kitchen-diner. From the outset, Terry was an absolute professional and consistently two steps ahead. His planning and sequencing of the works meant ordering, trades, and phases of the build ran seamlessly, which made what could have been a very stressful project feel well-managed and calm. Several neighbours commented on how quickly and quietly the work was completed; a real testament to the organisation of the site and the professionalism of the team. Everyone involved was friendly, approachable, and respectful of our home throughout. Terry’s flexibility, attention to detail, and depth of experience genuinely improved the outcome. He offered thoughtful suggestions along the way that resulted in a better home than we had ever anticipated, both in layout and finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering an extension or significant renovation.
