We used BBC for our kitchen extension project and they produced a fantastic result. We found them on our local area Facebook page, where they were highly recommended. Dale was fantastic from day one, discussing our requirements in detail and organising an architect, who brought it all to life on paper. Despite an initial delay, when they unearthed an unexpected drainage pipe, the guys got stuck in. What a great team they are, friendly and polite, but very proficient in all the required tasks. Dale and his team were really brilliant and I have already recommended them to friends and neighbours. Dale assessed the work needed and arrange scaffolding promptly. Once the scaffolding was up the survey of works needed was carried out the same day. Urgent roof repair work was carried out the very next day. Also there were more significant works to tackle dry rot which was discovered during the survey. Dale and his team prioritised the works which were a health risk and the works were all completed within a month of the survey. Mark and his team were always friendly and were very respectful around the needs of the family. They all worked considerately and efficiently to ensure disruption that the unexpected works caused were kept to a minimum. Thanks very much!

Dale and his team were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and we were very pleased with the quality of work. There were no unexpected costs, and each day they left the house very tidy do we were able to use the space as much as possible during the works. They also communicated with us a lot throughout the job, both around timescales and what to expect and about the small daily decisions and pros/cons of different options. It was lovely that they were almost as excited and pleased as us seeing the space transform! I have the utmost praise for Dale and his team. They came to our rescue when another company turned out to be cowboys and left our kitchen extension far from finished and with defects.
