We had dormer loft conversions across the whole top of the house with Juliette balconies giving a large lounge, master bedroom and shower room with lovely views across the park. We couldn’t be happier with the completed job and the standard of the work and all the guys were super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team even came over to help us get our sofas up to the top floor via the scaffolding and balcony. Really lovely people and a fantastic addition to our home. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Bristol Lofts recently completed the shell works for our loft conversion, which included a hip to gable and rear dormer. All works done very efficiently to a good standard.
These guys were absolutely amazing. Nice blokes who were easy to get along with, nothing was too much trouble. They helped us make big decisions but completely did everything the way we wanted. They made the most of the space, we’ve got masses of storage, a huge bedroom and a big bathroom where we once had a dingy loft. They worked in budget and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
Fantastic team of honest and skilled carpenters and tradesmen delivered my loft conversion. On time and budget. Great finish throughout. Can’t find a better Bristol bunch. Thanks Johnny!
I couldn’t be more happy with our loft conversion, so spacious and light! Bristol Lofts were fab, both professional and personable. We received an excellent service throughout and all the work was carried out to the agreed timescales and costs. Highly recommend!
Do not use this company! There were numerous problems along the way and now we have a leaking roof that needs completely redoing as a result of substandard workmanship! Would recommend they are avoided at all costs!!! I am not surprised by your response. As far our reviews being untrue, that is quite simply inaccurate. Firstly, not providing a review 2 years ago does not change the fact that we have photographs and email trails with you regarding problems during the project. These things did happen whether you like it or not, and a 2 year life on a new roof would surely not be considered good! Secondly our review is simply that, it is our opinion of our experience with your company. I understand you may not like it, but our trust in you and your team's abilities has been lost as a result of the problems we experienced and our correspondence. In response to your claims of sabotage, that is quite ridiculous. Yours is an industry where you will be judged by your work and interactions with customers, and in our case this has been negative. If you have hundreds of happy customers as you claim then our negative review will hardly sabotage your business or ruin your livelihood, that is quite an exaggeration! I suggest you learn from our feedback and this experience, as we have.
