Excellent quality work, delivered the project on time and to a very high standard. Dashi have done multiple jobs for us and we would definitely use them again for future projects!

I hired a construction company to do renovations a year ago because the house was too old and needed to be updated from the roof to the floor, and there was also an extension project. I saw good reviews for Dashi Construction Oxford Ltd. online, so I decided to entrust the renovations to them. Lulzim provided a lot of professional assistance during the project, ensuring my house was prefect. I am very satisfied with my house, it’s spacious and comfortable. I made the right choice in choosing Dashi Construction.

We had a kitchen extension built last year by Dashi construction and so far we haven't had any problems with it. It was built to a very high standard, including installation of the actual kitchen itself. Lorenc was very good at communicating with us. The quote we received was very reasonable compared to those we received from other building companies and it was very carefully itemised. Payment was taken at each stage of completion, which we very much appreciated. We would definitely consider hiring them again.

We bought a 1930s house in Oxford last year which was in need of modernisation throughout. We discovered Dashi Construction online and met with Lulzim who gave us a quote which was reasonable and clearly laid out in a contract. We were immediately impressed with Lulzim’s professionalism, always clear on what could and could not be done, and on the timelines. The work took over 6 months and included replacing all the ceilings, updating the electricity and plumbing, plastering all the walls, combining the kitchen and dining room, installation of a new kitchen, carpentry work throughout, adding a skylight and completely remodelling our bathroom. There was great communication from Lulzim throughout the project, not only giving us updates on progress but also offering advice and options when decisions had to be made. Lulzim’s can-do attitude made the project relatively stress-free, any issue that arose during the project would be overcome with his pragmatism and determination to see things through. The quality and finish of the work has been superb. Lulzim and his team have a good eye for detail, they would finish a part of the project to a high standard and then return if needed to fix any niggles. Our project finished on time and to a very high standard. We couldn’t be happier with the work Lulzim and his team have done. We would highly recommend Dashi Construction for any home renovation work.

Dashi construction recently completed a complete renovation of our ground floor, including a side extension, new kitchen, raised terrace and patio. Lulzim, Lorenc and team were professional, hard working and delivered a really quality finish. They priced competitively, gave good advice and had a can do attitude when issues arise. They worked around us (we lived upstairs with our toddler for the build) and were generally pragmatic and flexible. We're really pleased with our new living space and we would definitely recommend Dashi

We hired Dashi to redo the render on the front of the house, along with a number of other, smaller jobs. They were fantastic. The job they've done is great and at all stages Lorenc was terrific at communicating. He responded to any questions or concerns with clarity and sensitivity. In removing the original render, certain issues were revealed, but Dashi dealt with these brilliantly and ensured that a proper job was done. I highly recommend them. We'll certainly be using them if we need more work doing in the future.

Just finished a small rear extension with Dashi Construction. The work started and finished within the schedule and with a high standard. The disturbance were kept at minimum as we were living in while the work was going on. The place was kept always safe and cleaned. Overall very happy with the finished project.
