CCG (Scotland) Ltd, a Glasgow housebuilder, holds a 2.7-star average across 67 Google reviews, with feedback split between its office staff and its handling of major defects. Several reviewers, including residents of the same development, describe recurring build-quality issues such as window sealant failures, boiler faults and brickwork needing to be redone during construction. Office-based staff are described by more than one reviewer as responsive and quick to arrange small electrical or joinery fixes, but reviewers report long delays, missed appointments and difficulty reaching site managers when larger structural or plumbing repairs are needed after handover.

2.7 / 5 · 67 totalAbsolutely shocking they don’t have a clue how to build a future! They have built me a caveman kitchen very ruff and crude finish. They are rude and disrespectful and only interested in a pay day. PLEASE STAY AWAWY FROM CCG GLASGOW!!
Cannae even do a 90 cm window properly!
Booked me in to do a carpet clean for a customers house they did building work to . Job completed customer was very happy here’s the during the clean attached photos . Asked for payment and they are refusing to pay the bill for no reason . Just thought I would leave this here for other companies they try and use and not pay . Debt collection company has been contacted . Such a small bill also looking at other reviews from there customers looks like cowboys are running the place
CCG Homes? More like CCG Butchers - absolute cowboy builders. One example from their so-called “luxury” developments says it all: they used tin for the windowsills, so whenever it rains (which is most days in Scotland) the noise is unbearable. This is a glaring design flaw that should never have passed approval, and a more suitable material should have been used. There are too many issues to list, but I can say with certainty that any true luxury builder wouldn’t have these problems. To be fair, the girls in the office are excellent - quick to respond and fast to send someone out for small fixes like minor electrical or joinery work. But when it comes to major problems that need site manager approval, you can forget about timely help. Months will pass with no action, and if anything does get done, it’s often to such a poor standard that you’ll be chasing them for months more, usually while being ignored. I dealt with three site managers - two Dereks (both useless) and Logan Boyle, who was somehow even worse. He’ll make promises to you in person, then ghost your calls and emails for months. When I tried escalating to a “director,” Calum Murray, he proved just as bad - a couple of initial replies, then nothing. They’re lightning-fast to take your money, but if you need any big fixes once you’ve paid, expect a battle. In most cases, you’ll likely need to get your solicitor involved just to see progress. To be clear, the office staff do their best and are genuinely helpful, but the management are an incompetent, unresponsive mess who seem to hope you’ll simply give up. If you’re thinking about buying a property from CCG, I’d strongly recommend you think again.
I would not recommend this company or their homes. The new home i have brought from them had a various problems , poor maintenance team poor customer service team, they never fixed issues at one go wasted my time. They often tend to push back customer saying no issue even after providing a clear evidence of the problem.
Scaffold parts have been blocking the road and footpath for over a week now. Langside road, Glasgow. Assume #glasgowcouncil contractor
Had the experience of CCG construction a few years back. Edinburgh council sub-contacted CCG a job of fitting a new bathroom and kitchen - unfortunately, it was my bathroom/kitchen. Had nothing but faults since then. One of the worst jobs seen (Edinburgh housing officer to myself). Job very cheaply done. Had multiple faults and calls out to due to the terrible work done. Would not recommend!
