We are so happy with our beautiful loft conversion. Ryan and the team were brilliant. Couple of issues fixed by the incredible Harry. We managed to get a main bedroom, nursery and en-suite in the loft and I am in love with my stunning en-suite. Thank you so much guys, it's perfect and I love it.

Our initial consultation was with Ryan followed by visit from their architect who discussed what we wanted, took all the measurements and produced the drawings. Our project then started late autumn, Kyle and his team worked through cold, wet & windy conditions to get things started, giving daily updates and advice and making sure any exposed roof was covered at the end of every shift. Once the structural work was completed, we had a steady flow of equally professional trades people turn up at 8am until the project was complete. Invoices arrived as expected with no surprises. We had Fabian as our project manger who responded promptly to any questions (even when he was on holiday) and updated us continuously throughout. We are really pleased with the results and the space has made a big difference to our family home I would recommend CSW Lofts for anyone considering extending their home. CSW carried out a loft conversion on our house we now have a large bedroom and ensuite and are very pleased with the end result. From the start communication from Ryan was very good, the price was broken down so we knew what we were paying for and was competitive. The project did feel a bit daunting at the start but the build team Mitch and Fred were excellent any mess was tidied up and they were polite, approachable and hardworking. The trades that came in were polite and respectful. There were a few problems along the way but Fabian was easy to get hold of and issues were sorted quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend CSW.

We couldn’t be happier with our loft conversion. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, especially from Ryan, who kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions. Our build team, led by Mitch with fantastic support from Fred and Lou, were absolutely incredible. Not only was their workmanship to a really high standard, but they were also super responsive, professional, and genuinely lovely to have around. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. All of the trades involved, particularly Mike the electrician, went above and beyond for us, delivering top-quality work throughout and generally just being all round lovely people. Any issues or snags were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which gave us real confidence in the whole team. The finished conversion has completely transformed our home, giving us two beautiful new rooms plus a shower room for our daughters. We still have plenty of storage space in the eaves too. We would 100% recommend CSW to anyone thinking about getting their loft converted.
