No question was too small, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Charlie and Cain were the main team working on our project and they were absolutely brilliant, professional, hardworking, respectful of our home, and just genuinely great guys to have around. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. Tyler, the plumber, was incredibly patient with all our bathroom requests and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. The whole team delivered amazing results and we’re so pleased with the final space. We’d recommend them without hesitation.

Project - Full Dormer loft conversion - Middleton Milton Keynes. We had been recommended Daniel and the team by a neighbour who’d had similar work done. Although we had to wait for him to be available it was definitely worth it. From initial consultation, through quotation and all works being completed, Daniel set the highest standard of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The price quoted was the price paid with no hidden extras. Also the build was completed slightly ahead of the agreed schedule. Having visited several other roof dormers before we started our project, we are delighted that the ceiling height has been maximised and the structure in the floors is as solid as the rest of the house. We visited a couple with bouncy floors and quite low ceilings, but no such issues with DJ Moore. The dormer now looks and feels like it’s just another part of the house rather than a “bolt on”. We are delighted with our 2 new bedrooms and bathroom and any niggles you get with any project of this size have been addressed by Daniel with an immediate “yes we can” followed by swift action. Even a minor issue we found after the project was completed and we had made our final payment was met with the same immediate “yes of course, we will sort that out”. It is rare these days to find the ‘can do’ and ‘willing to go the extra mile’ attitude that Daniel and his team provide. This was a huge project for us on our new home and Daniel and the team did not let us down in any respect. So much so that we strongly recommended him to our close neighbours who have also now engaged his services.

DJ Moore were recommended to us by the Architects Domestic Designs and I cannot praise them highly enough. Honestly, if you are after work of the highest standard and a professionally run company stop now and ring Dan and book them quick. Dan and his team are highly skilled craftsman, nothing is too much trouble they are very tidy ,friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions throughout the build. We are over the moon with our loft conversion it is exactly as we dreamed and Dan and his team have made our dream a reality.

We had our loft converted by DJ Moore lofts and from the first meeting with Dan he really helped us understand the potential of the space we have. Hearing a number of horror stories around builders we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. Dan and the team took away all the stress of planning permission and approvals as we were having pitched dormers which made the initial process simple. We then had our plans and it was made very clear early on that if we needed any changes or suggestions we could speak with the team to see what was possible. We were due a new child at the same time as starting the work and we didn’t know what to expect but the team were ever so good, great communication about what was going to happen and when and if we had any questions they were more then happy to answer. The whole team were professional, helpful and really made any concerns we had about people working on our house disappear. The loft was completed well within the time frame to an amazing standard. The whole process was very simple and we now have our dream home with the additional space we needed.
