Dunia Build LTD

Dunia Build LTD is a builders' firm based in Liverpool with more than 10 years of experience in building and renovation. It serves Merseyside, the North West, and further afield. The company holds CSCS, NVQ, and SMSTS certification, and has Fire Marshal and First Aid training.

It also holds a Level 6 Management Black Card and carries Public Liability Insurance, being fully insured. Dunia Build LTD offers general building, full property renovations, loft conversions, garage conversions, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, dry-lining, and labour supply.

Dunia Build LTD has earned a strong reputation in Liverpool for carpentry-led building work, with reviewers consistently highlighting the standard of finish achieved on fitted wardrobes, kitchen installations, flooring and bespoke furniture, including a built-in media wall with shelving and a desk. Eugen is named repeatedly for his professionalism, knowledge and attentive customer service, and reviewers describe how carefully he and his team worked around an awkward corner and an old fuse box to create storage that remains accessible.

A recurring theme is the tidiness of the work: rooms are reportedly left clean, with dust and offcuts cleared away, and neighbours considered during the job. Several accounts also mention clear communication from the first conversation through to completion, fair value for the money spent and patience around children and pets in the home. The attention to detail comes up often, particularly on cabinet doors, shelving and floor finishes. The same craftsmen are regularly invited back for further projects, which points to work that withstands close inspection long after the tools have been packed away.
