Competed with minimum disruption. Would 100% recommend. Mandy in the office was also amazing to deal with. Always quick to respond and keep me up to date. Earnock Builders built us a downstairs bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower in June 2025. From start to finish everything was processed in a very professional and efficient manner and work was completed ahead of schedule. Correspondence was excellent from Office Manager, Mandy, and nothing was a problem for her. We are absolutely delighted with our end results and would be delighted to recommend Earnock Builders... 10/10+
We had our layout changed inside the house by making a hallway cutting through our previous living room and then a beautiful extension at the back of house which we turned into a dining room. The team, from the girls to the office to all the boys working onsite are all a credit to Bill. Everyone worked really fast and was all completed within time frame. We also had some issues from Council but Bill dealt with it all efficiently. Overall really pleased with everything.

Exceptional service from Bill and his team from Earnock Builders from our initial consultation through to finalising the build! Our rear extension to remove an existing conservatory and replace with a similar sized extension has provided us with much more space and greater functionality. The build was completed ahead of timescales (3wks) to a very high standard with regular daily updates on progress shared. Snagging was rectified swiftly and the joiners/labourers were professional, courteous & tidy at the end of each day. We have shared our experience and recommended Earnock Builders to friends :)
We had an extension built by Earnock and we’re delighted by the speed of construction. The office staff are great and managed issues and tasks well. overall for price and speed i would recommend. My one point would be to ensure you are aware of everything that is included and the quality for the price. the price may be low but that means that the basic finishing's are included where with a little communication and small charge you can get a better finish. again not a criticism of Earnock but just an awareness of what is included to be considered. I have had a couple of small leaks in the new ceiling during very heavy rain and Cold weather but the Office staff and Earnock tradespersons were very quick to action and resolve so more than happy with the aftercare. the office also helped liaise with the Council for any requirements including completion certificate management so really happy with the assistance. Update / Edit from Feb 2024 - after quite a while with no issues at all from the build we had a small damp patch in the ceiling from the driving rain storms which we have experienced a lot lately. after contacting Earnock they sent out a team to fix within a day with no issues at all. Just at the join to outside wall. Great aftercare. office staff and service are great. Thanks Earnock and Mandy.
Our build started as scheduled and was completed earlier than we expected. The team onsite were great and liaised with us on a daily basis. Bill was on site every week and we really appreciated his personal input and patience for the many changes we made. Earnock Builders was the best we received and after researching them we signed the contract with them. We are already thinking of extending again and will be in touch with them soon for this. They have their own architect which is an added bonus. The extra space we have now has been a great benefit for our family
