Edward Construction

Edward Construction is a builders' firm based in Birmingham, operating across Birmingham and the West Midlands since the 1990s. The firm has over 30 years of experience and is a design-build company managing both design and construction phases. It is Gas Safe and NICEIC registered.

Edward Construction offers access to experienced architects and planning professionals, and its team includes fully skilled roofers and plasterers. The firm works with domestic and commercial properties. Its main services include extensions, loft conversions, new builds, commercial to domestic conversions, interiors, roofing, plastering and rendering, and underfloor heating.

In Birmingham, Edward Construction carries out domestic building work, and the accounts left by customers centre on a single-storey side extension and a two-storey rear extension completed for one household. The finished quality of that build is the theme that comes through most strongly, with the standard of workmanship described in glowing terms across the whole project. Just as consistent is the communication, which several buyers describe as excellent from the start of the job through to its completion, with questions answered and progress made clear as the build advanced.

Reviewers also repeatedly mention the reliability of the team, portraying a capable individual who simply gets on with the task rather than leaving work outstanding. The company operates as a building firm and construction company, and the feedback gathered around it relates to extensions and general building work. Praise is directed at the team collectively rather than at any single named member of staff, and the impression left is of a contractor trusted with domestic extensions, where clients express confidence in the finished result and a readiness to use the same firm again for later work.
